Hi All,

This is the event planning guide for AVS.  Please refer to this thread before you start your get togther (GTG) plans.  The purpose of this is to reduced any scheduling conflicts with GTGs in the same area.

Once you confirm that a date is available, then go back to your regional board and begin your planning.

This is an open board and there is no need to request approval for a get together.  You post and plan it, and people will come.   Unless stated GTGs are not sponsored by AVS.

Once the moderator or administrators see a GTG forming, then they will put the date, description, and location in this post.  If your planned GTG is not here, please contact a staff member or leave a post in this thread.
