And... In addition to that.......

Got this trailer for the Jeep. It had 17 inch Chrysler wheels with passenger tires on it.
As luck would have it, the lug pattern on the trailer is the same as the Jeep. I have 12 stock Jeep wheels with good AT tires on them (LT's), so I drilled out the center cap and painted them, and they fit perfectly on the trailer.
And also as luck would have it, the trailer is red too!

Think my car will make it up there next time you guys go?

Right now waiting to see if my offer on a house is accepted or not. If it does, have to spend money on fencing and whatnot (1 acre, no fence in place right now) but with a large 3 car (could park 3 crew cab long bed's in it) I will have room to get some toys, bank account permitting, and work on em.

We went wheeling over the P day weekend. We went to the Winterblast fireworks convention in Havasu again, and did some wheeling around Oatman and out off Alamo Road way out in the boonies. Did some shooting, rock hounding, mine exploring, and relaxing.

Here's a few pics.....

We found an old stone shack back in the mountains with an old abandoned mine behind it.......
The shaft went into the mountain about 200 yards, then split into several different directions, with chutes and ladders leading up into other shafts and down to others.
We found some quartz in a small vein when we chipped out some rock from a crevice.

I borrowed Richie's Duramax HD to pull the Jeep on the trailer. The diesel engine got us all the way there pulling the trailer on one tank of gas with gas to spare.
The AV would have eaten two tanks pulling that. The Jeep weighs just under 3K pounds and the trailer weighs a lot too.

We had a great time and as usual, the fireworks show was amazing to say the least.
Arizona is a great place, with much better laws than California's socialist agenda. It just gets too dang hot there.
I can't wait to go back there again.

Nice looking collection of ore samples.
Can't think of anything more fun than finding/exploring old abandoned gold mines.

They are growing like weeds!
I buy them clothing and they outgrow it in a month.
Well, Matt wears out the knees in his pants from playing so rough. :tazz: <--Matt
Erika is as tall as her mom now. (that's not saying much   )

Yes, those are definitely real guns.
In this pic, Erika is shooting the .357 Magnum, Betsy is shooting the 9mm, Matt is behind Erika with the AR-7 .22 cal, the guy in the white shirt is sporting an AR-15, and the guy in the green shirt (Betsy's brother Jim) is wearing a .22 cal target pistol.
We had other guns, but nothing I got pictures of.
We also had some pretty big explosives. Those were a blast (pardon the pun).
Notice the ear and eye protection. The gun safety class was fifteen minutes long before we ever loaded a weapon.

When I look at the intensity on Erika's face, and how she is hell bent on hitting the target with that cannon, I think she'll be OK when she gets older and somebody messes with her.
With my advice, her martial arts, her high IQ, and knowing how to shoot, she's pretty sharp.
She's a better shot than me!  :hunter:
Maybe she'll be with the FBI or Police? She has what it takes.
Bragging I know, but she got all A+'s on her report card.

So I got bored today and decided to go ahead and install the Daystar 1" body lift.
I took my new wheels down and had the tires installed.
So it went from a 15 inch wheel with 30/10.50X15 to a 16 inch wheel with 33/12.50X16.
The Jeep sits much higher now.
Tomorrow I'm installing the 1" motor mount lifts so I can get rid of that transfer case drop kit. It looks retarded with that hanging down in the middle.
Here's a pic of what it looked like today when I was finished....
First pic, no mods at all
Second pic, a few mods no lift smaller tires
Last, 1" body lift and 33's on 16's.
